8 ) The article “About National Government and National Independence” was published in Bishkek

Recently, with the assistance of the members of Uighur societies and political organizations, patriotic Uighur youth, Uighur poets and writers of Kyrgyzistan and Kazakhstan the big volume article “About National Government and National Independence” was published in Bishkek the capital Kyrgyzistan.
This article was action against Chinese saying that “Uighurs do not need Independent government” which is also criticized by Nurmehemmet Kenja, the former Chaiman of Uighurs’ “Ittipaq” society in Kyrgyzistan in his articles such as “Unrecognizing of Uighur problems”, “About present situation” and “Privatization economy and ecology”, which are well-known among Uighurs in Middle Asia, and relying upon historical facts and real practices are wonderfully described Uighurs’ great history, dreams of Independence and the great importance of the Independence for the development of the nation in this article.
Being published in “Ittipaq” newspaper of the “Ittipaq” society of Uighurs in Kyrgyzistan in March, 2002, this article had a great effect among Uighur societies in Middle Asia. People said: “It was a big lesson of patriotism to all Uighurs”.
This article was not only published in “Ittipaq” newspaper, but also was broadcasted through the radio in Uighur language from Bishkek and was spread all over the world through “The World Uighur Network News” electronic network.
