China intensifies crackdown on Uighurs |

|
After the September
11th, Chinese government intensified its efforts to
portray Uighurs as “terrorists” in international media
and, on the other hand, increased its oppression of
Uighurs under the pretext of the fight against
“terrorism” in East Turkistan....

3. Are Uighurs terrorists? |

After the September 11th, Chinese
authorities are labeling Uighurs as "terrorists" and
their organizations as "terrorist". Before we will deny
these accusations, we would like to define first the
terms a terrorist act, a terrorist, and a terrorist

Even though China tries its best to label Uighurs as
terrorists, they are not succeeding. USA, western
European and other democratic countries are not
convinced of the Chinese claims. In contrary, the world

as "there are no inter-ethnic problems in China" and "the
Chinese nation is united as one" primarily to deceive
