7 ) Chinese Government is preparing to turn the executioner troops of 'Bingtuan" in Eastern Turkestan into the organ under direct control of the State Ministry of Defense
"Eastern Turkestan Information Center" reports that the State Chairman of China Jiang Zemin recently made 100 minutes speech about Eastern Turkestan. According to his speech, the Central government is preparing to turn notorious "Bingtuan" troops into organ under direct control of the State Defense Ministry. The Chinese authorities also plan to help to settle the discharged militants of "Bingtuan" in Eastern Turkestan and promote some of them to the positions of cadres in towns and villages.
