6 ) Punishment of the "Xinjiang Military Region's"bosses

In accordance with the information given in the issue ,12 of the magazine "Kaifang" published in Hongkong, the Chinese central government has displaced a Commander-in-Chief of the Xinjiang Military Region Li Lianghui and political commissar Zhou Yongxun from their positions in connection with explosion in Urumchi. Some foreign mass media informed that there were 6o people died and 173 people injured during that explosion. Though the official Chinese authorities characterized that incident as "accidental disaster", but some mass media still suspect resistance forces in Eastern Turkestan to be responsible for that incident.
