A SPECIAL POLICE WARNING IN BAYANGHOL

In the morning of April 28, the police department of Bayanghol Mongol Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang-Uighur Autonomous Region issued a special memorandum that all "separatists, religious elements, and fugitives" must confess in their "crimes" and turn themselves to the police from this day to May 31, otherwise, they will face severe punishments by the law enforcement agencies. The memorandum says that lenient treatments will be given to those confessed in their crimes, and money rewards will be offered to those who provided the police with information about criminals.
