According to credible sources of ETIC, Chinese government allow Han Chinese immigrants settle down any empty lands of East Turkistan and offer 30000 yuen to each sfamily to help their settlement. On the contrary, homeless Uyghur resettlement in abandon places in their homeland was considered as “illegal”.

“In most of the democratic countries as Canada and Germany, it is government’s violation of law if their residents became homeless and government offer proper housing program for each residents, however in China it is illegal for homeless Uyghurs to find a home under the condition of no help of the government” said one of the one German immigrants in Canada who recently visited China.
