METSALIHAN EHMET AND KURBAN NIYAZ,
TWO COMMUNIST LACKEYS, SCOUNDRELS AND BETRAYERS OF OUR
PEOPLE HAVE BEEN LIQUIDATED BY TWO YOUNG HEROES OF THE
NATION
For the government of China, the last days of February
2005 became unforgettable and terrible. During these
days, the government of China had mobilized all
military power to block all roads all over Hoten
County. Each car and pedestrian was checked and nearly
each house was examined without legal permission
document. The government of China even mobilized its
military air forces to control the mountain and the
border areas. The Central Party of China was so afraid
of the situation that it issued a military order. The
poor people and children have suffered from this
tremendously. They even could not dare to ask each
other what was happening. The reason for this being
that in East Turkistan under the authority of the
Chinese regime the situation has become so difficult,
that anybody who asks such questions will be
immediately under suspicion and will be prosecuted by
Chinese government only to end up in jail.
Since situations like the above described have by now
become frequent in Eastern Turkistan, what was the
reason for such great anxiety on part of Chinese
government? The reason was the liquidation of two
betrayers, Metsalihan Ehmet (58 years), the Secretary
of the Chinese Communist Party in the town of Ulug
Ata, Saybag Village, Karakash Region, Hotan Province,
and Kurban Niyaz (55 years), policeman of the town,
who were toadying to Chinese government, by two heroes
of our people.
That was the reason why the Chinese communist party
not knowing what to do started this cruel and ruthless
action all over of Eastern Turkistan, especially in
the Hotan County.
The town of Uluq Ata is under Saybag village, in the
Karakash Region, and located 40 km far from the
Capital of the region. The main sustenance of this
place is livestock, horticulture and crop farming. The
people living in this place are poor, not very well
educated but are good hearted and god-believing people.
Its population is about 1500 people, it has a large
land area, a fertile soil, a great amount of water
resources throughout winter and summer. Many families
have beautiful orchards. There are vine trees
surrounding the houses and woods stretch along its
roads. This town really is a seldom pearl of East
Turkistan. The girls of this place are beautiful, the
people maintain pure, unadulterated traditions and
customs. There is no other town after this town, only
endless lowlands and then mountains. This town is one
of the border towns of East Turkistan.
That’s why it has become a place of travel for our
people since old times. And that’s precisely why the
Chinese government is interested in such a beautiful
place like Ulug Ata.
On order from the Chinese government Chinese
specialists investigated the ecological condition of
this place, and at the upper part of the Karakash
River, where Ulug Ata is located, they had forced
farmers to work without a wage and spent billions of
Yuan for the building of the Ulug Ata Dam and the Ulug
Ata Electric Station. Further, this lovely place was
occupied by sending in numerous Chinese settlers. The
government built houses for this Chinese people for
free and gave them jobs. Thus, Ulug Ata became a place
of tourist attraction. During the construction of this
structure lasting more than ten years, Metsalihan
Ehmet and Kurban Niyaz were toadying Chinese
government by humiliating Uygurs through:
1 – Metsalihan and Kurban Niyaz disregarded the
religion of their Muslim brothers by inviting Chinese
people who came to build this station and drinking
strong drinks and dancing with them, and finding
married and divorced women and young girls for small
amounts of money for the pleasure Chinese people,
turning them into whores. All of this arouse the anger
of the local people. But the poor people had to
tolerate this situation for many years and bury their
anger within.
2 - Metsalihan Ehmet and Kurban Niyaz actively
supported Chinese communists in their religious policy,
by putting barriers to religious education, and
damaging religious freedoms of Muslim people through
reporting to the police about any cases of religious
education. They patrolled in front of mosques and
prevented anybody and especially young people from
entering into the mosques throughout the town They
proudly spoke about this on TV programs.
3 - Metsalihan Ehmet and Kurban Niyaz also actively
supported the Chinese policy on birth control, by
taking pregnant women to the abortion places forcedly,
where they were aborted by taking children from
mothers’ stomach with machines and hand tools, and by
doing so they helped to decrease the development of
the Uygur generation and they caused different
diseases among women. Women in this place still suffer
from these diseases. They forced those, who have more
children than planned to sell cattle for paying
penalties or took them to perform additional hard work
in camps. They were awarded for these activities by
the Chinese government.
4 - Metsalihan Ehmet has taken for himself more land
than planned and has also given more to other town
staff, and he forced farmers to work again and again
for himself. He ignored their requirements, due to his
good relations with authorities no one could do
anything since the authorities protected him. He
prosecuted anybody who complained about him and took
revenge on them. The poor people had to endure this
situation although they suffered a lot from this
scoundrel..
5 – In springtime they used the farmers for delivering
in the first order cereals for some officials like the
governor, the judge, the Party Leader andvillage
officials to toady them, and when the farmers had to
harvest their yield, officials already would have
everything. He also forced people to pick up melons,
water-melons and peaches for officials, even by
showing the rows to the farmers and saying to whom
would be delivered the produce from that row, and on
their expense he had built his reputation with those
officials.
Metsalihan invited province, region and village
authorities into his house using public money from the
poor people, and by drinking strong drinks and
bringing in girls for dancing and humiliated the local
Muslim people by utterly disregarding their religious
values.
For example, on the footage of the commemoration
meeting devoted to Metsalihan Ehmet, Song Shuji
(Chinese, 52 years old), head of Karakash Region
communist party said: “I had only one friend in Ulug
Ata and his name was Metsalihan Ehmet, he was my close,
true friend, he invited me four times to his house,
and he was a very good host, I lost him and I’m in
deep sorrow.” And he started crying in front of the
camera. He said that he adopted Metsalihan’s daughter
and that he helped her with a job and he promised that
he will provide any support to Metsalihan’s family.
The head of the communistic party of the region, who
is of Chinese origin, usually looks at visiting some
official Uygur’s house like an unworthy thing for him.
But his visit of Metsalihan’s house four times proves
that Metsalihan Ehmet and Kurban Niyaz always tried to
please Chinese officials, humiliating rights of local
people.
Since the 10th month of 1949, when the Chinese
aggressors officially occupied East Turkistan for the
period of now more than 55 years local people had
experienced many difficulties, but never had happy
days in the whole East Turkistan area, including Ulug
Ata.
During the period of the Ulug Ata Dam construction for
more than ten years, local people have suffered the
above mentioned humiliations and never had relieve for
a breath. Under the pressure of the local
administration under the leadership of Metsalihan they
could not even protect their own wives and daughters.
Betrayers
Metsalihan Ehmet and Kurban Niyaz tried to please
their Chinese bosses at the expense of the tears and
blood of their own people.
Metsalihan Ehmet and Kurban Niyaz exploited poor
farmers to please their Chinese bosses. They brought
their brothers’ wives and daughters for having fun and
sex to Chinese authorities for small amounts of money.
They disregarded the religious values of Muslim people.
In order to please their Chinese bosses, they also
supported birth control and inflicted endless
difficulties on their own people.
The situation got so far that the poor people could
not tolerate any more of it. Two young men, two
fighters for the rights of the people, who were
originally from Ulug Ata, took revenge for poor people,
and killed the two betrayers. That was good news for
our people not only in Ulug Ata, but in Hotan and East
Turkistan. But the Chinese government was very upset
because of it, and gave order to find Abdurahim (19
years) using all means: airplanes, cars, officers,
soldiers, dogs etc. The other hero (21 years) we could
not identify his real name, and we can call him here
XXX was caught because he became unconscious
immediately after the liquidation of the betrayers.
XXX and Abdurahim were both from Ulug Ata.
These two brave heroes of the people had become very
angry of Metsalihan Ehmet and Kurban Niyaz because of
their boundless tyranny. They had seen how these two
betrayers were selling the mothers and daughters of
the people to the Chinese authorities, taking bribes,
exploiting farmers, and even though they had warned
them several times not to behave like this, Metsalihan
Ehmet and Kurban Niyaz had continued in this way, and
called policemen to beat these young men several times.
Afterwards, being sure that these betrayers never will
change their mind, they laid fire in the
radio-television station at midnight of the end of 2nd
month of 2005 but spared the security officer there.
In order to please authorities of China this security
officer prepared a report about this, and had the
report read on the square of the town, and had been
awarded with 5000 Yuan.
The two young men, having cut the communication lines
once again went to Metsalihan’s house and killed him
with a sword, then they went to the house of the
security policeman Kurban Niyaz. While they wanted to
kill Kurban Niyaz, his wife and daughter having
noticed that they started fighting tried to intervene,
and the young men tried not to involve them into the
fighting. Kurban Niyaz had been strangling xxx, who
fell unconscious and also Kurban Niyaz who had been
wounded by a sword strike fell unconscious, and
Abdurahim escaped.
After town officials reported the situation to the
Communist party leaders the police came to the site
and arrested xxx, who was unconscious and took him to
the prison, where he regained consciousness. Kurban
Niyaz was taken to the hospital. The Chinese
government tried to find Abdurahim for one month and
mobilized all means to do this, making announcements
on television nearly every day, Repeating the order to
capture him. After many unsuccessful tries, they
started checking the mountain areas using airplanes,
tanks, officers, soldiers and dogs. They thought that
he is trying to leave the country through mountain
paths and used airplanes heavily to find him in the
mountains. There was order from the top to kill
Abdurahim immediately if arresting him should prove to
be difficult. However, he was caught in the city
centre of Hotan - because all roads had been barred he
had not been able to leave this place.
Chinese communistic party caught these two heroes of
East Turkistan, Abdurahim and xxx, and called open
court in May month of 2005, called them terrorist and
sentenced both of them to death, deprived political
rights, and have been executed both through shooting.
May Allah give them the reward of shehid and bless
them AMIN, and may He make their places paradise,
AMIN!
