Kyrgzystan Government is Heavily Violating the Human Rights
On March 12,four Uygur are namely Esker. Tohti, Abmet.Gunen, Behremcan.Elimov and Ali Mesum have been adjudicated by the Osh Prefecture Court in Kyrgyzstan and Esker.Tohti, Ahmet.Gonen and Behremcan.Elimov were sentenced to death penalty and Ali.Mesum was sentenced to 25 years long term imprisonment by giving them 10 days to appeal to supreme court in Kyrgyzstan.
They have been arrested by Kazak police with charge of "illegal gun carrying" and "Smuggling" in Almaty, an old capital of Kazakhstan in Ahgust 25, 1998 and on Doubt of "Possible relations with bus bombing accident" which was happened in Osh, 1998, returned to Kyrgyzstan by their demand in February 2000.
August 2000,they have been on trial by Osh Court and sentenced 16 -22 years imprisonment, After the appeal to Kyrgyzstan supreme Court by their Lawyer, Kyrgyzstan supreme court accepted their appeal and ordered to stop the execution and give them second trial.
But March 12,2001, without giving any notice to their Lawyer and parents, they have been adjudicated by Osh court and sentenced death penalty, Court just sent statement by a fax message to their lawyer .
All the Human Rights Organizations Worldwide, All Uygur Organizations abroad and defendant`s Lawyers are believing that , decision of the court was not based on the fair trial nor any proper judicial process, instead, it is the political decision which was resulted by the dirty political games between China and Kyrgyzstan .
In fact, this is not a decision of Court ,which was based on the fair judgement, It is a political decision of Kyrgyzstan goverment that was given under the direct pressures of Communist China by interfering and buying the justice system of Republic of Kyrgyzstan. Because, those who have been sentenced to death penalty, had escaped from China to neighbouring Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan for their strong political opposition
Against Chinese`s occupation and assimilation over the Uygur people in Eastern Turkestan and actively joined all kinds of human rights advocacy movement in China. For this reason, they have been mostly by China police. They continued their political oppositions to Chinese policy even they were abroad in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Each year hundreds of Uygur have been executed with political reason by Chinese government and thousands of innocent people have been undertaken unfair trial, even disappeared in the jail, as it is well documented by Amnesty International .
China`s brutality has already been acceded its border to execute and threat the refugeed Uygur in neighbouring Countries.
Kyrgyzstan Government are destroying the International and internal Law by heavily violating the human rights, while the international community and international human rights organizations are campaigning to complete abolish of death penalty in worldwide.Executing the Esker.Tohti, Ahmed.Gonen, Behremcan.Elimov by the order of Chinese government,Kyrgyzstan is being a partner to China in the gross violation of human rights of Uygur.
Instead of decrease . it is extremely surpring to sentence them to death penalty after their appeal accepted by Kyrgyzstan supreme Court in regarding the 16 22 years of unfair decision of previous trial. It obviously shows the " Political Trade " between Chinese and Kyrgyzstan government.
It is the most shameful human rights abuse.
